1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between mcw5 (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") and you (the user). By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you automatically come under this agreement.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

The information you provide at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created with false or misleading information will be closed immediately. 2.4 Right to Close Accounts

mcw5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without stating a reason, particularly in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or improper conduct.

3.1 Password Protection

Keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential is your own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The Company is not responsible for any transactions that occur if account security is not maintained.

3.3 One User per Account

Each account is to be used only by the registered member themselves. Allowing a third party to operate your account is prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on mcw5 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). We accept four mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The payment method used for a deposit must match the name of the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 (ten thousand taka). To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made within the specified time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (bonus amount × 25).

• Bonus amount: deposit × 200%, maximum ৳10,000
• Wagering: 25 times the bonus
• Bonuses may be cancelled if the wagering period expires
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Bonuses and promotions are for personal and legitimate use. Abusing the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or using any coordinated strategy is considered a violation of these terms. In such cases, the bonus and any winnings may be voided.

5.4 Other Bonus Terms

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets must be placed in accordance with the platform's set rules. If a bet is unintentionally processed due to a technical error or mistake, it will be considered void.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

The outcome of each game is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Results are final and will not be changed except in special circumstances. Our system is regularly audited to ensure fair play.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or any other technical issue, the result will be determined based on the last state saved on the server. The Company's decision on this matter is final.
